His professional track record includes participation in more than 400 projects focused on the development of public spaces, transport systems, and tourism infrastructure in Moscow, Almaty, and a number of other cities.

Arthur is actively engaged in teaching for university students and urban managers. He develops original educational programs on urban transport systems and chairs the examination committee at the Higher School of Economics. His expertise is in demand at international forums, where he regularly delivers reports and presentations, including at the Moscow Urban Forum, the BRICS Urbanization Forum, SHARE Architects, IT-TRANS, and other professional platforms.
