  • Formulated strategic initiatives in the field of urban mobility.

  • Developed an updated transport model for Almaty covering the entire agglomeration: conducted large-scale surveys, determined the structure of transport areas, and built baseline and forecast models of passenger and transport flows.

  • Proposed a comprehensive approach to prioritising public transport: from infrastructure standards to a phased implementation programme along the corridors of the transport framework master plan.

  • Prepared a programme for developing the parking system: from analysing the current situation to developing pilot solutions, tariff policies and scenarios for integration into the city's IT infrastructure.

  • Developed transport schemes for pilot transport corridors.

  • Formed the architecture of an intelligent transport system: from analysing existing solutions to designing an integration platform and preparing a regulatory framework.
